IntelyCare, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Quincy, Massachusetts, hires CNAs, LPNs and RNs (called IntelyPros) as W-2 employees and lets them pick per diem shifts, block bookings or contracts through its app, mainly at post-acute facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living, rehab, hospice and home health. As a W-2 employer it withholds payroll taxes, provides workers' compensation and malpractice coverage, and offers employer-sponsored health and retirement benefits plus free continuing education through IntelyEdu. Pay is by weekly direct deposit with a same-day pay option; the company acquired acute-care marketplace CareRev in January 2026.
